A Long History

The town of Port Royal South Carolina is located on Port Royal Island, which is one of the Sea Islands along the Atlantic Coast of South Carolina.

Port Royal Sound gives the town of Port Royal its name. The sound received its name from the French explorer Jean Ribault way back in 1562, though the town of Port Royal was not officially incorporated until the year 1874.

The 1860s were eventful for Port Royal, as they included the Naval Battle of Port Royal, which was an early Civil War conflict, and the program known as the Port Royal Experiment.

Your Kitchen Today

Examining the events of yesteryear is a noble pastime, but your kitchen of today deserves an even greater amount of attention.

At American Wood Reface, we know that refacing is the finest answer to all of your kitchen woes.

If your kitchen cabinet doors and drawer box fronts are scuffed, scratched, dented, or cracked, American Wood Reface can replace them all.

But we won’t just switch the old ones out in favor of flimsy ones made of cheap materials, no! Your new kitchen cabinet doors will be made of solid wood.

At American Wood Reface we have a vast array of wood grains for you to choose from, as well as a range of complementary finishes, and, of course, a host of design patterns.

But if you really want to give your Port Royal kitchen a regal look, consider adding an assortment of these ornamental flourishes: wainscoting, corbels and brackets, corner posts and spindles, or fluted columns.

And, of course, what could be more appropriate for your Port Royal kitchen than crown molding? American Wood Reface can do it all!

To make your kitchen a better, more functional place to cook, American Wood Reface is also proud to offer such enhancements as under cabinet lighting, (including task lighting, ambient lighting, and accent lighting), and space-creating improvements such as Lazy Susans, swing-out pantries, pull-out organizers, and so much more.
