In this unprecedented time, our first priority is the health and safety of our team and our customers.
Our corporate office in the state of Ohio will be using the following guidelines, as we interpreted them from Governor DeWine's "Stay-At-Home" order on March 22, 2020. Please stay tuned to this website or our Facebook pages for more information.
If we have already started your kitchen project, our team will continue working until it's completed (using appropriate health precautions). A functional and operational kitchen is an essential need at this time.
New Project Start Dates:
We will not be starting new projects in Ohio until the state order is lifted, since a new project does not meet the criteria for an "essential business" operation.
In addition, our shop operations will be closed, and support to our on-site carpenters and professionals will be paused. Many of our suppliers also plan to shut down, as they do not fall under "essential business" criteria at this time.
As a result, if your work has not yet begun, we will be contacting you to reschedule.
New Project Consultations & Estimates:
While we wait for conditions to normalize, you can still begin to plan your future kitchen remodel. We remain available by phone or you may request a video conference.
We are still taking requests for a free in-home consultation that we will schedule with you after business-as-usual resumes.
Our Company Health:
While the COVID-19 outbreak temporarily interrupts our normal operations, we are confident in our ability to weather this storm and thrive when it ends. We are a fiscally-conservative company, with no debt, so while we will deeply miss our face-to-face interactions with you all, we will see you again, in person, after this shutdown.
Wishing you and yours health and safety.
